Breaking New Ground
Rather than following well worn paths, most of the articles in the Deep End try and break some new ground. The idea is to grapple with important themes and constructs that will help find new ways forward as leaders. This might mean that at times my work is controversial, but if so, I trust it is constructively so. Many of my best friends do not agree with all I have to say (hopefully they agree with most of it!) but “iron sharpens iron” and, speaking personally, I learn the most from those I don’t always agree with.
The articles are not written in technical language, but most of them are essays of thirty or forty pages and require some concentration as they are not peppered with illustrations. Because of technical limitations, some of the longer pieces that would have been posted here have a separate button.
